A genuine interest in people sits at the center of everything I do, which is probably why I ended up becoming a photographer.
I'm naturally observant and have always found myself paying attention to the little things. Weddings happen to be a wonderful place for that. There is so much to notice.
Every family is different. Every group of friends has its own dynamic. Understanding the people at the center of a wedding is what keeps the work interesting to me.
I tend to work with couples who care deeply about the people around them. The type of couples who have friendships that have lasted for years and who genuinely look forward to having all of their favorite people in one place.
Outside of photography, I'm usually working on some sort of project. Most recently, that has meant knitting and sewing, though I'm always finding new things to learn.
